Actionaid

The money raised through the World Aid Walk makes up around 10 percent of Guernsey ActionAid's annual total. For 2010, ActionAid's share of the proceeds will provide drop-in shelters for street children in India and also help relocate 2000 people in Western Uganda, evicted from their traditional land by a foreign company so they can grow coffee.
